We have seen the future, and sustainable companies will win it. Younger generations are driving massive demand for environmental responsibility at every level of the global economy. But what people say about sustainability can be worlds apart from what they will do when actually buying a product, selecting a service, or joining a company. So how can we better align our strategies with our psychology in order to reinvent our relationship with nature?

Hatcher hosted industry experts and thought leaders for a virtual forum to discuss how companies can better leverage behavioral science, new technologies, and circular models to close the intention-action gap in sustainability. Featuring a keynote by Hatcher founder Petra Janney and behavioral scientist Sonja Radovanovic, the event also included change makers from Schneider Electric, Autodesk and ESG Analytics.
